American Telecom Solutions Opens Tampa Office

American Telecom Solutions proudly announces the opening of its new office in Tampa, FL.   Leading this project is Vice President of Sales, Cathy Merchant, who has been a sales leader in the Tampa telecommunications industry for over 26 years.  Cathy spent most of this time at Inter-Tel until the company was acquired by Mitel 3 years ago.   Her history with Inter-Tel and Mitel includes sales management as well as direct sales of VoIP Solutions, Unified Communications, Contact Center Solutions, Call Recording & Virtualization.  She also has an in-depth knowledge of Voice & Data Network Services and is a certified VMware professional.  Cathy has provided solutions for major corporations and agencies throughout Tampa Bay, the United States and around the world, and we are excited to have her join the American Telecom Solutions team.

American Telecom Solutions is pleased to announce the opening of our Denver, Colorado office. Tony David, Vice President of Sales, will be heading this effort. We are very pleased that he has decided to join our team. Tony comes to American Telecom Solutions with over 25 Years of Telephony Experience ranging from Transport and Access Devices to Network Services with Fujitsu America in the role of Regional Sales Manager/Director of Sales, NEC America role of Vice President of North America Sales and Sales Engineering and most recently with Mitel Net Solutions, where he maintained the top sales position for much of his tenure and he was a Multiple President Club Award Winner recipient.

With the emergence of SIP based solutions, American Telecom Solutions intends to intensively promote this ground breaking technology to new and existing clients. Tony and his team will provide our clients Best in Class solutions for your Phone Switch, Network Architecture (Local Voice and Data) services utilizing Tier 1 Carriers, Hosted Services, Cabling, and Security as a turn-key solution with single point of contact to ensure all of your Telephony needs are met and managed.

USDA Forest Service has awarded American Telecom Solutions

The USDA Forest Service has awarded American Telecom Solutions the contract to upgrade existing SX200 Mitel PBXs to the latest VoIP platforms offered by Mitel. This contract will provide the USDA Forest Service the ability to migrate their telecom systems to VoIP without losing any investment they had made prior with Mitel.
