Kent Wasser and Charlie Kreter launched American Telecom Solutions in 1996 with two big ideas that traditional providers just could not seem to understand. One is the convergence of computer and telephone technology; the other is the critical importance of good old-fashioned customer service.

While others tried hiring new people, even acquiring other companies, we knew we needed a whole new attitude, a fresh working environment:

Our total focus is SERVICE. We develop a mutually beneficial and productive relationship with our clients. We would much rather establish a long-lasting relationship with our clients than simply sell them a system and move on to the next. This philosophy is evident in the large number of repeat customers with which ATS continues to work – year after year. Ninety percent of our staff are certified technicians, and sharing our expertise with your team is one of our favorite parts of the process.

Every employee is in customer service, every employee is a sales person! When you call AMERICAN TELECOM SOLUTIONS, the phone rings no more than three times. The first person to answer your call is your customer service representative. You will not be transferred to a caller queue and forced to wait.
