American Telecom Solutions holds a GSA Schedule for all eligible parties.

This schedule is home to NICE Systems Digital Voice Recorders, specifically the Mirra Series 2 and the Wordnet Series 3 product lines.

Cooperative Purchasing for Information Technology
The E-Government Act of 2002 amended the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act to allow for "Cooperative Purchasing." Cooperative Purchasing permits states and localities access to certain items offered through GSA's Federal Supply Schedule 70, Information Technology (IT) containing Special Item Numbers (SINs). American Telecom Solutions has decided to offer both the Schedule 70 SIN 132 8 Purchase of Equipment and Schedule 70 SIN 132 12 Equipment Maintenance subcategories under the Cooperative Purchasing Program.

A wide variety of organizations are eligible for the program:

• the 50 states;
• all counties, municipalities, cities, towns and townships;
• Tribal governments;
• Public Authorities (as indicated in the U.S. Housing Act of 1937);
• school districts;
• Public colleges and institutions of higher learning.
